Your opportunity for hands-on learning

This is one of our most popular trainings. Join us to build the skills, tools, and confidence needed to plan, write, and submit strong, competitive grant proposals.

  • Build a grant-ready project from the ground up! Participants learn how to assess organizational readiness, screen funding opportunities for fit, and map a clear, fundable project using practical tools they can reuse for future grants (from “Can They, Should They, Would They?” to full project mapping).

  • Write strong, competitive grant narratives with confidence — Through guided instruction and hands-on exercises, participants practice drafting key proposal sections (need, solution, results, and summaries), learn how reviewers read applications, and sharpen clarity, concision, and alignment with funder priorities.

  • Translate programs into clear budgets, results, and workplans funders expect. Participants learn how to plan realistic grant budgets, define outcomes and measures, and organize timelines, attachments, and quality control so proposals are complete, compliant, and ready to submit.
