Participants will also learn how set up an evaluation framework and data collection tools in order to monitor and assess the progress of their project(s), as well as what funders REALLY want to see and learn through grant performance reporting. Finally, attendees will learn how to monitor their "burn rate" (or grant expenditure rate) to ensure appropriate fiscal management.
